This new 26,000 SF ambulatory care center, for the country’s 15th largest rural HMO, incorporates the following amenities: 4 minor procedure surgery rooms, a full radiology suite with x-ray, chemotherapy infusion suite, a Women’s Health suite with mammography, ultrasound, and nuclear stress testing, a family practice clinic with ENT specialists, and 28 examination rooms with lab spaces, vitals areas, and nurses stations.
The building also provides office space for the clinic’s administrators and physicians, as well as a pharmacy and a separate optometrist’s practice. The three separate entities in the building – clinic, pharmacy, and eye care clinic – are linked by a continuous outdoor canopy, which protects the sidewalk from inclement weather in this mountainous location.
